Our Story

At People Arise Now, we are committed to building strong communities, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Founded in 2012, People Arise Now was set up to support those feeling disenfranchised, particularly family members of offenders who often share in the stigma of crime.

As we have strived to provide greater holistic support, our services have widened to include Through-the-Gate support, services for young people, and community meetings.

Our team of dedicated professionals and volunteers brings together a wealth of experience and a shared passion for making a difference. We believe in the power of community and the importance of giving everyone a voice. By offering a range of services—from resettlement support and youth programs to food assistance and health initiatives—we strive to address the needs of our community holistically.

We are proud to work in partnership with local organisations, schools, and authorities to ensure that our services are accessible and effective. Every day, we see the impact of our work in the lives we touch, and we are constantly inspired by the resilience and strength of the people we serve.
